Let’s Eat Clay


Across this current series of Healthtalks, Jess & Mel have outlined their morning routines as well some of the individual parts of it such as Oil Pulling, Body Brushing ,Meditation and the Coffee Enema.

This week Jess presents another element known as “Eating Clay”. In our segment she coaches Nat in the finer details where they don’t actually eat it but drink it.

    I love how you guys come up with the most bizarre health trends, definitely keeps things interesting. Question though, I know this is to be done in moderation but is this also considered “Pica” because clay is a non-nutritive? And how does this differ from drinking warm water with lemon?

    I started doing this awhile ago, but I couldn’t stand the taste. I’m a bit of a baby I can’t tolerate yucky tasting things! Can you put it in a bit of juice or something?
