I’m doing a lot of celebrating at the moment. This time last year I had never even posted a video of me on my website ( I was terrified of speaking to camera ) and now I’m part of this amazing Health & Wellness show and have been able to reap the benefits of communicating with you more directly through healthtalks. It really has been amazing and I’m so grateful for the way you’ve embraced us into your life.
As much as taking a break for Christmas is a bit of a drag, I know it is going to create space for the amazing content we have in store for you in the New Year. Plus, it will give us all a chance to reflect on the past year and celebrate everything we’ve achieved. I hope you do the same!
This post I’ve chosen from my blog is one of my favourites this year. It sums up how I’m feeling about my healing process so far and I titled it “3 Things That Have Transformed My Life”.
After almost five years and having a go at almost every healing modality that I have been presented with, I’ve come to the conclusion that healing is no where near as complicated as many of us believe. It’s not always easy – it’s actually simple. However, it’s the simple things that are so often rejected because we underestimate them. In this post I outline the three different elements that have played the most powerful role in my healing journey. I hope they have the same impact on you.
